  • Update Calls: For daily updates and to plan the day, please give us a call between 9:30 am and 10 am.

  • Additional Update Calls: Feel free to call at other times for updates. You'll be connected with a treatment nurse who can provide the latest information.

  • Save Our Number: Keep our phone number, 859-625-5678, saved in your phone. If we call, it means there's a change in your pet's status, and we need to speak with you as soon as possible.

  • No News is Good News: Remember, "no news is good news." We'll keep you informed if there are any changes.

  • Designate a Family Contact: To streamline communication, please choose one family member to be the primary contact for updates.

  • Schedule Visits: If you plan to visit, please call ahead and speak to the treatment nurse. She can provide information on treatment schedules, exercise times, and when a room will be available for your visit.
